Ethan Howard



The versatile Ethan Howard is a freelance writer and a graduate of Rutgers University. He is a combat veteran who continues to serve in the military today through the Reserves.

Once an alternative school teacher, Mr. Howard is now a director for a transitional non-profit as a civilian and a volunteer for the homeless. He offers a unique perspective on the human mind and the macabre.

Mr. Howard is an avid reader with an affinity for the classics. His other hobbies include football, hiking and board games with his wife and son. His next project is an apocalyptic story that compiles elements of science fiction, fantasy and religion.

September 2012

Ethan begins work on Tales of the Unexpected, a 14-story anthology featuring tales of the macabre and suspense.

January 2013

Ethan completes the fourteen stories for Tales of the Unexpected.

february 2013

Ethan begins work on the Opportvnvs Adest series.  Ethan also launches his Facebook Page, with attached Opportvnvs Adest page.

july 2014

Ethan completes work on the four part series, Opportvnvs Adest. In addition, Ethan has produced four addenda to include a timeline, an encyclopedia, and two other related documents. Ethan also hires Robyn Ramsey as his business and personal assistant.

November 2014

The first two stories of Opportvnvs Adest (Sidereus Nuncius and Hostis Humani Generis) are combined into Signa Temporum and submitted to a publishing house.


Ethan publishes his first book, Tales of the Unexpected, a series of short stories.

MARCH 2015

Ethan launches his website.
